How do you pronounce this?
Also, does this gene have a propensity to be linked to color at all? For example would a Red have less of a chance than a Black?

I even stumble trying to say it sometimes...It's:

It's not more prevalent in any particular color in the Dexter population, and the gene may be present in other breeds of calves bred to a carrier animal, resulting in similar characteristics in the offspring. We have crossbred our carrier bull to both Highland and Angus and have had calves that inherit the traits from the bull.
