How many should I buy???

Right now, my Ms. Evie Lee is giving me about 7qts each milking. Of course it can go down as low as 6qts but still...about there. I have one calf I am doing good at just feeding one bottle to morning and evening (really proud of that as I like to give them as much as I can and I'm being good this time!). I am wanting to buy another calf but am not sure if I should just buy one more and just feed the two a little more each feeding or buy 2 more and be feeding 3 total. That would run me close on milk and so I would probably have to buy a small bag of replacer to have just in case.
Sooooooooo....should I get one more or two more? I know that feeding 3 would help her "earn" her keep quicker but at the same time, don't want to stretch it all a little too thin.

I would just continue as you are but if you really want to feed multiple calves I wouldn't get more than one more for sure. Why get so many you run short and need replacer?

On good Jersey milk being a little short occasionally wouldn't hurt anything.
