Wanting a Jersey or Guernsey in ID/WA/OR

Anybody know of a good place to get a family milk cow in Idaho? I'm not a big fan of craigslist. I'm just wondering if someone in Idaho, or even WA or OR that has a good reputation and bred heifers for sale. Thanks,
