Question Looking for a good feeding protocol

We have 3 calves that we got on July 1. The two heifers are June 3 and June 19 babies. The bull calf was about a week old, so a late June calf. They have been getting 1/2 gallon goat milk twice a day each, pasture graze, free choice orchard grass hay, and free choice grain. I plan to wean at three months old which is the middle of September. What are folks recommendations for feeding from there? We have an 8 acre pasture two doors down that I can move them to, although I worry about bears and mountain lions there (a few big redwood groves and seasonal bears move through). At some point they WILL move down there with the fat old POA mare as herd queen. What are grain and hay recommendations for them?
