Question ? Why is my cow being mean to the other cows?

Beauty is 2 years old, possibly pregos. Lately she has been being really mean to the other cows. She gets/finds them cornered and starts head ramming them. I don't know what to do. Please help me solve this!

Is Beauty older or younger than the cows she is pushing?
There are always politics within the herd. Power struggles and a pecking order.
Is she keeping them from the feed or trying to be 'first' into the best shade or graze or?

Are there any new animals added to the group recently? (including new births)

If she is NOT bred, she may be getting aggressive when she cycles. I have seen them get really aggressive with each other when they come in heat. It passes in a day or so.

If this is constant/continuous, then it is not due to heat. The underlings probably don't have enough room to get out of the boss' way. The top ranking cows can be hard on the lower ranking herd members, it is just their way. The more space the better.

Sounds like she is establishing her self in the pecking order of the herd. She is trying to be the dominant cow.
