Late Calf

My calving season ended about three months ago. Two calves died (found) . I thought the third on wasn't pregnant, but she gave me a nice bull calf yesterday. Calf is a blackish/brown with a white spot at the of tail and on the shealth. Mother looks like someone put an air hose up a nipple. Image a basketball with four finger sigs nipples. Mother is 1/4 Jersey.

So far mom and calves are doing well and they really seem to like each other.

Congratulations on the surprise calf.

I am familiar with that air-filled-looking udder you describe.
May the little dude get all he needs to grow big and thrive.
