Got the calf(s)

Came home with two dairy heifers today...one June 3 and one June 19 AND a week-old Jersey/holstein bull calf...shoot me now! My daughter is over the moon. Paid 200 for the heifers and 30 for the bull...they are cute and I'll post youtube tonight. The heifers have been getting 1 quart Jersey milk ( 4.9%fat) mixed with one quart water 2x a day, free choice calf creep with decoxx, and water. The bull calf came off another dairy and was getting powdered milk. The heifers have been vaccinated and I'm sure the bull calf hasn't had a thing. What do folks recommend since we are moving them over to straight goat milk. I would THINK I would get them up to straight goat milk with no water mixed in, but am not sure. Recommended next steps would be great. They are in a 100 feet by 20 foot pasturette with good shade and a half-pipe corrugatesd shed thing.
