This the market report for my area...being really new to cattle I've been looking trying to figure it out.

Supreme - 1250.00-1530.00 Approved - 1000.00-1200.00,
Crossbreds 1000.00- 1180.00
Medium - 800.00- 980.00 Common Dollar amount speaks for itself..but what are the other categories...well Crossbred is understandable as well...
What exactly is a Springer cow?

I don't know dairy cows but I assume "supreme" and "approved" and "medium" are refering to the quality of cows.

What makes a cow Supreme as opposed to Approved?
