Talking Calf Pictures

Had to post a couple of pictures of our pretty little heifer calf Dizzy and her mama Sweetie. Sweetie is a very sweet cow and pretty good to milk except for the super small teats that are nigh impossible to milk and kicking over the bucket, but you don't even have to tie her to milk her so that's pretty good. Dizzy is still wild as a march hare, but she's coming along. :-) She'll make a good second milker some day.

Get a load of those eyelashes! Nature is a wonder, thanks for sharing. We beef runners generally don't get to clap eyes on such things in our own fields.

Beautiful, that first picture should be on the cover of a magazine.

They are always where I can see them and never left unattended.

LOL She's good in that I can milk her anywhere and don't have to tie her or fight with her, but she's a first freshener and has itty bitty teats and even with fly spray she gets flies and she kicks at them while I'm milking and she's pigeon toed real bad on one foot and so when she kicks with that leg invariably her leg goes in and she catches the bucket every single time.
