Pricing question about boarding/running on gain

We're in central TN, but I'd like to hear some pricing for where you are, even if it's not totally applicable to me. We have a lease of 60 acres, with about another 10 next to us that the owner is letting us hay so as to keep the grass cut. Can't afford to stock it any where near it's potential, looking for some other options.
