Woohoo! We're bred!!
Our bucket calf, Cathy, is now a big girl apparently. She's been running with a friend's cow herd all summer in hopes she'd catch the bull. He pregged yesterday and just left a text that she's bred. Yippee!

For as many thousands of cattle I've seen calving over the years, this is the first one that belonged to US. Not the boss. What a feeling.

Just had to share.

I can imagine how you must feel. I've worked with horses for 15 years and never owned one myself.
