Government providing manure pits?

The local cattle farmers here in my area of Ohio have all been talking about this government program that provides money to farmers to build/purchase manure storage buildings. I believe the motivation behind the program is to help protect waterways through proper storage of waste. As we understand it, there is even money in this program for not only the storage of manure, but also for the disposal after a few years.

I have been tasked with finding out more information about this program and I'm coming up with nothing. Has anyone heard about programs like this?

Call your local FSA office or conservation office. They can give you the guidelines for the program.
