Jersey vs JerseyxHolstien vs Holstien

I am looking to get another steer to raise with my surprise calf. I have found a guy selling a few steer calves. The breeds that he has are listed above, in order of cost, cheapest to most expensive. The difference between the cheapest and most expensive is only $40, so not to big of a deal. The question is, which one would fill out better from now (4 months old) to next November (18 months old)? I do understand that they will not be as large as a beef breed, but from what you guys said, they are every bit as good to eat. I didn't want to winter anything, but since I am now, figured I might as well do two so my calf has a buddy. So, if you can vote on which would be best for beef next fall, that would be great. Thanks.

the holstein will be the better buy.
We have a red holstein and a little jersey/holstein X out back, the holstein is by far the bigger guy.

The X is in front the holstein is right behind him. Bought em last summer as calves.
