Bumps & hair loss around hoof?

One of my heifers just recently got back from spending four months out on pasture with a bull. Since she's been gone so long, its frustrating trying to figure out what caused several little cuts and bald patches on her body (they could be totally unrelated for all i know) The main thing that concerns me is i've seen the area around her back hooves is losing hair and lots of raised bumps have formed. Could it be ringworm, or some other parasite? I haven't heard of ringworm affecting the feet.

Kinda hard to tell from where I`m sitting, but I`ll do the best arm chair diagnosis I can. The cuts and bald spots could be from fighting or low branches in the pasture. And the bumps around the hoof is more than likely a reaction to a weed in the pasture or damp conditions. A little iodine solution on all of them, see what happens. >Thanks Marc
