3 week old calf has a limp

I've never had this happen before here- a calf is walking but doing her best to not use her front left hoof (keeps it slightly curled under).
It isn't broken as far as I can tell. And was fine yesterday.

Is this something you let be for a few days, or??
She is getting milk.

Unless it is swollen and spreading the toes, that would be footrot, most likely she just injured herself. I'd just keep an eye on her.
