mama cow licking umbilicus

Hi,
Our Jersey freshened Sunday night and has been a great mom to the little bull calf. She is an obsessive licker, though, and while she is keeping him spotless, she has begun to frequently lick his umbilicus and penis area.

His umbilicus was drying up very well until this behavior picked up yesterday.

Any ideas to keep her off? I had been dipping in iodine but maybe that was not yucky enough?

My cows all do this with their bull calves, never had a problem.

Cows never stop grooming themselves and each other. She is a great mom and is doing what she was made to do.
