gem of a Jersey milker for sale in NY!
Rosalind is 5yo, friendly and well-mannered, beautiful, dehorned, has an ideal udder for hand-milking, is giving about 4gal/day with excellent flavor and lots of rich cream, AI bred-back for a 2010 calf, asking $1200. She is the perfect homestead cow and I am probably crazy to let her go, but am
overscheduled/overwhelmed and need to scale back to make my daily routine
more flexible.
