Mini Jersey Calving Pictures 2 at a Time

OK I'm going to make a try at this this is new for me I like to look at everyone's post, but don't do any of my own. So that said here we go.
This all started at about 7:30pm we had 2 in the calving barn at the same time this was a first for us Peaches (mother) and Rose Bud (daughter) they were bred a day apart. Both were up and down in labor getting closer to delivery first Rose Bud lay down and pushed out her first water bag at the same time Peaches was down and pushed out her first water bag her are pics of that,

they were just a minute apart. The next step was baby's feet by Rose Bud then hers was born here are those pics

Then clean up from mother and grandmother began for a few minutes

Then in about 20 minutes Peaches was back down with her baby's feet showing and hers was born here is her pics.

We finally got finished up about 9:00pm with that still had to make sure they both got their belly full before we could leave them which ended up being about 11:00pm we had them bedded down for the night.
I hope that this doesn't offend anyone just wanted to share these with others. I will post some more pics in next post to finish my story I'm very happy to have gotten 2 very nice Heifers calves that were healthy and mothers came through it very good.

This is part of the milk cows that we milk 2 times a day we sell milk and sometimes butter when we have it so 2 heifers just adds to our herd we are milking 4 head now have another heifer due in April. Then calving will be over until July then we will start again. Hope you all enjoy these as much as I do Thanks.

Thanks for the pics. It's neat to have all your calving happen at once. Leaves less room to worry about it.......

Smile

Thanks to everyone that replyed, when I milked this morning Rose Bud milked about 2 and 1/2 gallons and Peaches gave me about 2 Gallons so they both are going to milk really well this year I think they haven't let all of their milk down yet. Rose Bud is a 42 inch and Peaches is a 38 inch cow so I think that is pretty good production for them. Here is some other Pictures of the other minis I have.
Mini Jersey Calving Pictures 2 at a Time - CattleThis is our bull Lamie he is 38 inches
Mini Jersey Calving Pictures 2 at a Time - CattleThis is Dottie she is 39 inches and milking about 2 and 1/2 gallons a milking.
counting the Belmonts and mini Jerseys that we have 13 head total the wife says we are going to have to sell some sometime, but when I mention any to sell she just says no not yet.

Thanks again
