No heifers for sale

Just wanted to post after having more then several people want to buy one of my heifers....I do not have any for sale.....I sell at 400 lbs in qroups of 16 thats how many fit in my trailer.....I do not want someone coming picking out the best.( thats what I would pick )..I do not want to price one let us say for $600 then when I sell my others get $900 for them I would feel I cheated myself...or get $300 and feel I cheated somebody.

.and what if this $600 heifer that others are selling for $300 does not breed I would really feel real bad

Cattle just can not come with a WARRANTY

.If somebody wants some of my heifers tell me and I will tell you when they are going to be at sale barn and help you pick one

no trying to be rude just do not want to cheat somebody or myself

Good for ya.
Lots of cheats out there.

Just saw an ad online about 10 miles from here, somebody wanting to sell 26 2 year old Holstein heifers for $1000/a piece. Never bred. Judging by some of the responses I've seen over the years, they'll probably get it from some new sucker thinking it'll make a good project to breed them, flip them and make some money.

Meanwhile I'm short of milk, been buying nice springers for $650-1100 and wishing I had some extra $ to buy nice open (open and young, not open and should have been bred long ago) and short-bred heifers at $500-800 here.
