Cheese Plant tour thread?

Can anyone help me find the 2 threads that were a pictorial tour & explanation of the (milking? and) cheese making process? I think it was someone's commercial operation in Missouri. I tried several searches under dairy plant tour, cheese making tour, etc, and can't find it!

I have a nephew who is explaining the wonders of milk to his 4 year old, and I thougth they would enjoy/appreciate/learn a lot from those threads. It was within the last 6-8 months, I believe.
