Thanks for the link, Topside. That was actually a blast from the past for me. I've not seen the dairy judging reason book for YEARS! Daddy used to get frustrated that I always scored far better in dairy judging than livestock, but I think it was the pigs that dropped my score...
But I needed a refresher in all the parts!
I hadn't thought to look for a manual, but I just found the one for Beef cows, too:
