Looking for the right halter

I am looking for a yearling sized cow halter. All I can find is the Hamilton brand, but the buckle is not good, and my cow can get it undone because the way the little hook lays in the buckle isnt the best design. Does anyone know of a different manufacturer?
Forgot to mention that it has to be a turn out type. Not a control or rope because I tether her and have to be able to hook the halter to the line.

We use whatever the local Fleet Farm carries for horses.

Try looking online at Valley Vet and Jeffers Farm Supply, they usually have lots of different halters.
