Cross heifer calf for sale

I hate to do this but I have 2 many heifers of my own here at the farm. I would like to sell a nice little heifer born 4/9/09. She is about 100-120 lbs. But here is the cool part. She is a jerseyxwhite parks x red and white holstein cross. She is mostly holstein. But the coloration of the parks plus teh polled gene comes through on her. But, She is red and white not teh standard parks black and white. I can send more pics need be. She is a very nice calf and has been trouble free. Feel free to ask questions
I am asking $400.00
Thanks
Bob

Yeah I forgot to add where I am at. I am located at Darlington Wisconsin. Can anyone give me tips on how to have my location listed in the upper right of my posts?
Thanks
Bob

Bob, go to "User CP" at the top of the page. Click on that tab. Then click on "edit profile", then scroll down to the part about location and insert your town and state....Topside

Interesting cross of breeds. Was it intentional or accidental. I like the way the mature cow presents her carcass. Is she a good milker?

It was a accident. The 2300lbs bull jumped a 7 strand barb ence and got my 600 lbs jersey. I lost the mother cow a few yrs ago. She was10 at the time. The mother to this heifer is the oldest of 3 daughters I have from the first cross. The cow had twins before. Both are heifers and the strange thing is one is polled the other had horns. Here is a pic of the 3 sisters I have from teh first cow.
Bob
Thanks Topside for the tip.

They are beautiful animals you have there. I am jealous. We have tried for the red muzzle and ears but they tend to be all bulls .

you don't happen to be coming north anytime soon, would you ? I'd take her in a heart beat, but with DH working in ND, there is no way for me to come down and get her. She sure is nice !

Golly, I sure wish I had my fences up!
She is a nice looking heifer, I think I'd let myself get all excited if I didn't have to wait until the neighbor harvests his winter wheat off our field so I can put up fencing.

Was that pic of the grand dam taken this year? Are your apple trees already in bloom, and your grass is high in that pic! Our hayfield is about 5" high right now, and our apple trees are only in late bud stage.

Good luck with her, Madsaw. Keep us informed!

The pic is of the grandmother is a few yrs old. The pasture with the apple tree in it was one we rented right next to us. The amish neighbor lost it and the new owner plowed it from fence line to fence line. A dozer spent a week in there pushing out trees and fences. Sure is a shame to see it now.

Welshmom,
Keep in touch with me. She will not be ready to go on pasture for some time yet. Also I may be thinking of selling her aunt that is heavy with calf too. She would be the one in the middle of the pic of 3.
Bob
Here is a pic of her sisters. They are twins one polled one horned.
