This 1st calf heifer managed to sneak to the woods...kinda hard to find em.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. And HOLY WOW, what I wouldn't give to have grass like that in my pasture right now!

I love the brockle-faced baby in your first post! Have to say the same for the other ones, too.

Callies, IMO I doubt if that grey calf's mom is that hereford, if she was she would most likely have a white face to go with that grey coat.

The 1st 2 pics are from last summer, wish the grass was that thick & tall now.

Yep, that light colored hereford is the mom, the dad is a registered black angus. The calf just made 1 wk, so I can see a little white but barely. She did not accept her calf last year, but wow she's a very protected mom this year.
