Cow milk supply question

With humans, milk supply is a supply and demand thing; the more milk that is taken out, the more milk the body makes. When less milk is removed, the body makes less milk. Stopping nursing "cold turkey" produces engorgement (and pain), the risk of blocked ducts, mastitis, and sometimes hormonal issues. Are cows any different?

I would have to say..... In regards to the possibility of there being a negative relationship between lactating humans and bovines within the scope of the parameters mentioned... My answer would have to be....... Nope....
