short leg cow with steer calf for sale
I am posting this for a lady in Broken Arrow, OK. I sold her a beautifull black short leg cow with a month old dun bull by her side. She called me last nite in tears, said they were losing their home and would have to sell the pair. this cow is 4 years old and is the gentlest thing ever. She will milk, lead, (has been shown) and is a grand pet. If anyone is interested her e-mail is
mycountrystoreba@gmail.com and her name is Dawn. I can arrange delivery if someone is interested.

This is one of the shortest short leg cows you'll see.....she is barely 36 inches tall. Thats a 4 foot cow panel she's standing beside. Francis, I don't really know what kind of price, I don't know what she's asking, they just really want to find them a good home..........Yes, she is registered, but I didn't register the calf because he's already been steered. Her registered name is IA Lelia Valentine #016837
Dawns phone number is (918)357-9916

Ok I concede that my perspective is off! However sometime a "long leg" Dexter is no larger than a "short leg". It is merely a matter of proportion. The cow may be small but be the correct proportion of a non chondro animal. The chondro gene causes a disproportionate (to body) shortening of the leg.

Lelia is a carrier, and had all the features of a true shortie. I always bred her to a long legged bull, but she always had me a short leg carrier calf. this is a picture on her with last years calf, you can see her features a little better.

I had already told her that I'd take Lelia back here till she got her sold too, but you guys are just so nice and good to do that.............A big thanks from me and I'm sure Dawn too.
