Nice group o' calves. Do you wash/disinfect the buildings between each group of calves?

Ever have pneumonia problems? What's your protocol for treatment? The last few days have been awful to keep healthy calves with -25 to -50 temps.

I got 11 on hand at the moment of various ages. I'm raising for a family member. Had 16 on the ground this summer.

NICCO8 I use draxin and a penicillion product called pen - farm for that but with everything must be treated BEFORE THEY get sick

I set out there in the little John Deere truck in pictures just watching them for hours

Laser is right....first photo, far right. Calf is away from others and looks huntched, depressed, shows no desire to investigate you taking photos...Topside

I agree with the others on the one that has scours. But, I'd be careful standing behind the center heifer in pic #6. She appears cocked and ready to fire!

appears there is one in pic #4 that is in the back of the herd. judging by the yellow stickers...maybe his head is just down and he's butting in. Hard to tell by the pic.

The little solid red one looks depressed and sunken eyes. However, the holstein in the same pen looks a bit hunched.

Hard to tell from pics...maybe you caught them in mid pose and there playing games with us!
