Maggie lost her calf

The vet just left maggie lost her calf he cleaned out what he could and flushed her now weve just got to give her a lute shot in a week to help her clean out.He said we could bred her back on her next cycle.So shes going to be ok.

Real sorry to hear that Maggie lost her calf. I know it feels like a kick in the gut when you lose a calf. Thankfully, the cow is going to be fine. Hoping for better luck next time.

Agmantoo this was her first calf.She was almost 4 months along.He didn't really say why just that she could be bred on her next cycle after I give her a shot. It sure has been rough on me Dh didnt believe me that she was aborting he said I must have missed her heats after she was bred.

Wild Horse, sorry to hear about Maggie. Next time will hopefully be trouble-free. I can't remember the cow's breeding arrangements, distance from bull etc. I recall sending you this site, maybe give it a go if you have a rep. in your region...This is only one of many companies, but it's the one I use.....Topside

As far as I know shes up to date on all shots I will check with our regular vet when he comes back in.
