Left Over Beef = Dog Food Recipies ??

We have been raising our own beef, pork, chicken, goats and rabbits for many years but really never gave much thought to using the extra trimmings from our butchered freezer animals (organs, etc.,) to make our own dog food. Just wondering if anybody had any good recipies ? We are looking for something more than just fry up the liver and feed it to the dogs type thing. Any suggestons ?

Just cut it up in chunks and feed it to them raw.

feed it raw, no sence in cooking it with any of that other stuff that dogs dont need anyway, raw diet is the way to go
