calf with scours

I have a 17 day old jersey/holstein heifer.We picked her up a week ago.She started scouring Mon night.She was alert and eating well.Went to the the vet Tues morning and got scouring bolus,the vet thinks it is e coli.This morning she is even weaker and I don't have high hopes.I have given her fluids under the skin and a b12 shot.I have her on goats milk and we picked her up a week ago.She wants to eat,just is so weak.Help,this is my little girls xmas present.

Get some powdered slippery elm bark from health food store and put 1 tsp in every bottle. Works wonders!!!!!!!
