cleft palate calf update
I now have the calf with the cleft palate at my place. Not only has it managed to nurse OK it is now eating grass rather well and I have seen it chewing its cud. Even though the pic is small you can see his right nostril is where the problem is most obvious. His teeth are missing in the area under the nostril. I now believe he (now a steer) will mature with no problems
