Miniature cattle

i just was reading about them and was thing about getting one. but dont know much about them.

WOW, who and why would anyone buy those cows at those prices?? They look like skinny corrient (sp??) cattle... I guess when I heard minitures I was expecting, well miniture!

Miniature cattle are very pricey! Dexter's are pretty small, (cows no more than 42" tall, bulls no more than 44" tall) but they are not a miniature of another breed. They are a dual purpose animal, or some say tri-purpose as they make good oxen too.
