Looking for someone to do AI in Arizona

HI all! I'm new to the forum. My husband and I aquired a 4H project gone bad, aka "Lilly" -- she's a yearling Jersey and just so sweet. We are located in rural northern AZ. We are hoping to have her bred artificially -- but I'm having a very hard time locating people in the area who can do this business.

Any ideas?
