Mini Hereford bull

I have a chance to purchase a mini hereford bull. He is only a year old. I have three yearling heifers to get bred this month. Do you think he would be old enough to breed? Any answers welcome.

Thanks Unclejae

Certainly old enough to have reached puberty. Question is whether he is big enough. Miniatures come in many sizes. Are your heifers miniatures also, and not much bigger than him?

Don't know what you're paying for him, but fertility exam by vet might be in order before forking out big money.
