She is a beauty. Glad you got her home safely. Were you out driving in the thunderstorms lastnight??? You did say you bought her from down by Springfield correct??

Yep, got her from Sparta, MO, AND drove "behind" the storms most of the way. I had cell phone reports of the storms headed toward the St. ouis area. When it looked like i was traveling faster than the storm, or moving into it's path, I pulled off and took a nap, getting home around 3AM.

She is right at 2 months old. Does anyone think the ripped ear tag will affect being able to show her in 4-H?

Who knows, we could have seen each other on the road last night. I was coming home from Branson and was on Hwy 60 around 11. I guess I was just in front of the rain. I took the long way around because I don't know Hwy 14 well.

I am not sure about the ear tag but I know with our local county fair the animals have to be registered. Is she registered? I was wanting to show our heifer this summer but I have slacked off on sending her papers in and I don't think I would get them back in time if I sent them in now. The Fair is the second week in July.
