fly control

i have one cow and would like to have something to put on her to help control the flies any suggestions would be appreciated thanks cojax

reading with interest. We've tried permethrin spray on and powder and not seen much in the way of success, so Im interested to hear what really works!

Crystal Creek oil based No Fly works pretty well on our cows. It's kind expensive, but you do dilute it and it works better than other things I've tried.

I too only have one cow and hated seeing her bothered by flys, etc. She hadn't been handled much so when I tried to get premectrin II on her she shied away. I had more success with ultra boss pour-on. Seems to work well. nice application technique and I can get a small bottle for about $12.
