Type-Y dexter?

What does "very type-Y" mean? It's in an ad for a 2 y/o dexter heifer, so far they haven't picked up. I did an internet search with no results. Thanks!

Probably much the same thing as "typey," that is, typical of the breed, showing good breed type, charactistic conformation, head shape, horn shape, that sort of thing.

Probably just means "typey" or in other words, showing good breed type.
