three new projects (pics)

This weeks trip to the local auction barn produced these three projects. The two reddish calves are heifers. The black one is a bull calf soon to become a steer. I typically buy calves from three days old to three weeks old so this is a new challenge for me. All three are from calf/cow operations and have clearly never been touched by man. My goal is to tame these three, add some weight to their frames then re-sell to individuals in my area. Tranqualizer darts were not provided, but should have been...Seriously it's under control, I think.

Gelbvieh, or gelbvieh cross, am i right? (Edit: the bull calf looks to be Angus...)

I like the top heifer, she looks like she'll do well.
