Yay! A new little Dexter heifer!
Hi!
We had our second calf of 2008 born here on the farm yesterday -- a little black Dexter heifer!

The calf was born in the middle of the day, in the middle of the barnyard. We were able to watch, and photograph, the entire delivery!

You're lucky. It took me about 20 births before I got to see one of my cows give birth.
