Why is that? I have a bull (as well as a bull calf) in my herd and it is great. What is your husband afraid of?

Don't send him to the barn sale. He'll bring more as meat.

Dutchie... we dont have the space and we have 8 children. He just doesnt want to take the risk of having a bull, however sweet, around here.

Thanks Linn
I did post him on the irish dexter board....wish I'd known about that sooner... hubby and son are ready for him to go and I have health problems which makes it impossible for me to take care of him. We've already sold off our nubian dairy herd last fall, got rid of most chickens... still have a few and some ducks but they will eventually go too as where we are moving to we can not have them
Sincerely,
Kimberly

If we receive a deposit of $200 we will hold him for up to a month but that is the best we can do.

Thanks and Blessings,
Kimberly

I'm so excited to be getting Lot, I forgot to ask about genetic testing. Have either of the parents been tested?
