Happy to say...
I found someone to help us with AI, right here in our area!!! She's actually a friend of mine, a fellow homeschooling mom, and goes to one of the churchs we visited when we moved here.
They raise Longhorn cattle, have 3 nitro tanks and she does AI herself!
SOOO excited that we've found the link to this difficult part of the process. 
Soon as our check deposits from the government, we'll be buying 5 straws of Mini Jersey bull to use on Spring and then next year hopefully Spring and Autumn for some great milking cows (or steers for meat)
