I live in N.W Washington and raise Dexter's. Most of us price our cattle based on if it is horned or polled, black, red, dun, halter trained, show experience, bloodlines, conformation and time of year they are for sale.
So a black horned weanling heifer with no training and okay conformation will start around 900-1200.
Polled, Red, Dun, excellent bloodlines, halter trained all = more
money. :banana02:
Spend some time visiting several Dexter breeders so that you can get a feel for what style you like, they are fun cattle to own but no two are alike.
