its awfully quiet around here...

I feel like I've read everything I could get my hands on... and done all I can to prepare.. and then, let down, dhs buddy with the trailer had other things to do on saturday and couldnt get away so we're shooting for one afternoon this week when they get off work. They both get off around 4pm, but will skip out early one day, an hour there, and an hour home again and whatever loading time it takes.

Steve has beef cows and horses and a nice trailer and should be a ton of help when we have questions.

I just dont know what else to do til they get here... LOL

schoolin is done for the day, laundry all caught up and stew cooking on the stovetop..... SIGH

TALK ya'll.. Im bored! hehehe

Well her mom was a jersey that got with a british white parks bull. This is what happened in 9 months. She died at the age of 12 2 yrs ago. Right now I have 3 heifers from her. 2 are milking and the 3 rd will be milking this summer. I also have twins from the oldest one that are now 6 mo. I will post some more pics of them later tonight. I am just getting the hang of useing this message board and photobucket.
Also another said note is the pasture on this side of the fence we rented from the neighbor. He sold it last fall and it will all be plowed up for corn this yr. So, I am very glad to have this pic to keep.
