I tried for the second time this week to make cheese with store bought milk... blech! it never turns out right. Fresh milk ALWAYS turns out!

I ended up salvaging this by making the pasty non stretchy curdish stuff into a dip with garlic salt and garlic powder. It looks a lot like ricotta cheese, but it was definitely not mozzarella that I was shooting for... SIGH

I want my fresh milk.. I want to make perfect cheese every time! LOL
