AI question

We thought we had found someone locally to do AI on my Jersey my mom had found someone only to be told later they couldnt do it because they could only deal with Holstein semen. Do you think it would hurt to ask if we could have Jersey semen shipped to them and pay rent on storage in there tank until we can have her inseminated?

I suggest that you offer to buy Jersey semem and pay them something to store it, plus pay them to AI your cow. If he won't, try to find someone that will.
I'll also suggest that you stick with the breed you have.
