Quarter Share In S Ky!
We have a Jersey steer we're taking to the butcher. We are splitting him into 4 quarter and keeping one for our freezer - interested? He's about 18 mos old and your share will be about $300. It figures to be about $2 a pound when you're done.... The butcher fee gets split 4 ways too and we'd be happy to work out an arrangement on delivery too!
