help with choosing new fence

we need some advice about fencing..we are going to fence in the last of our property, and we want to use 'woven' fence...I would like to hear from others about brands and prices...cheapest is not always best as we all know..we will do four foot fences with a strand of barbed wire on top....so what brand is best? red brand or OK brand? or is there another...we need at least 12 rolls so is there a place to buy a whole pallet and save ?...we live in the foothills of NC...and what gauge wire? our cows are pretty docile and the donkeys are easy keepers...but I still don't want to have to replace anytime too soon....I have a very good person who will put the fencing up, but I buy all the materials and he just puts up what I have so before we buy I want to investigate all possiblities...thanks..gwithrow

we have woven wire, not red brand, and found Atwoods to be the cheapest place to buy... we bought around 500 ft of four ft tall fencing when we moved here.

you can buy different size rolls... 100 ft, 300 ft I think, or 330 ft, so compare prices for different length rolls for sure.

thats about all the experience I have with fences so far, and all we've had to keep in is the chickens and the dog...
