Australian Lowline Angus heifers for sale
My neighbor is selling his two 100% fullblooded Australian heifers. They were imported from the original herd as embryos. They're registered in Australia.
They just had a vet inspection to see if they were ready for breeding. The vet said that one of them is ready right now, the other is still immature and is maturing slowly. She isn't capable of breeding now.
Both heifers are very small, about 36" tall at 15 months old. One is about an inch shorter, but I don't know which is which.
They've gotten some bids for them already. Fullblooded Australian heifers are rare in this country. We haven't been able to import them.
The current bids are $8500 for the one that's ready to breed and $3500 for the one that's not.
The owner says that the highest bid on Monday will take them.
They're being sold due to the hay shortage. It's been impossible to find good hay lately and he's nearing the end of his supply. He's spent $7000 on hay already this year.
PM me if you want to bid. I'll put you in touch with the owners.
