Dexter going bananas!
Yesterday we got a HUGE load of bananas in our weekly free produce drop; I peeled one JUST to see how Rosie would react; she LOVED it! Now, I am being careful as our last foray into snacks sent her into a tailspin but that was bread. I am going to slowly ease her into the organa-banana routine and give her about 5 a feeding with her couple apples and carrots. She did great today and seems good tonight. I am so sick of banana bread and frozen bananas in the freezer that I am glad to have an outlet for this latest glut of 'naners.
PS she is also becoming far more trusting of me since getting her in late August; she lets me scratch her back and sometimes her face and ears.
