MSM for cows

This is a follow up to the thread re: arthritic cows/horses. I've gone online to a couple of places that sell the MSM, but they will not state whether or not MSM is safe for cows. My cows are not for human consumption so that isn't an issue here. I want to know if it is safe for HER?

If so -- dose for 1200 pounder?

I really can't help you with an amount or how it would affect the cow.

I do know a couple of guys that take it themselves, and have raved about the relief it has given to them.

I think they said they put a spoonfull in a glass of water and drink it that way.
